HFA is not typically diagnosed as anxiety and the individual experiencing it is not having any disruption in their work or daily routines. Someone with HFA from the outside actually looks successful, like they have it all together but inside they are experiencing perfectionism, lots of negative self talk and possibly an inability to slow down.
